2019 Fall EPIC Hill Country Campout

It’s time to get out in the Hill Country, eat great food, drink beer, play games, make new friends, and stay up late with EPIC! This members-only event provides access to Cherry Springs Ranch, a beautiful, conserved property in the Texas Hill Country.
- Access to a one-of-a-kind Hill Country property
- A delicious dinner Saturday night and breakfast Sunday morning
- Beer, coffee and light snacks
What you’ll bring:
- Camping supplies (tent, sleeping bag, camp chair, pillow, etc)
- Flashlight or headlamp
- At least 2 gallons of water & a water bottle
- Any additional beverages or snacks you may want
- A mug or cup, plate, utensils
EPIC Leader Special: All EPIC Members at the Leader levels are invited to join us Friday night for an extra night of camping and fun!
There is no hunting during the Hill Country Campout, and weapons of any kind are not allowed. In addition, please leave all pets in the comfort of your home.

About Cherry Springs Ranch: Cherry Springs Ranch, once operated by famous Texan folklorist J. Frank Dobie, is an approximately 1040-acre working ranch located in the Texas Hill Country. The ranch is primarily used for wildlife management and contains many interesting geological features including dinosaur tracks and a beautiful waterfall. The pending conservation easement on Cherry Springs Ranch will permanently ensure that its water, wildlife, scenic views, and other resources remain intact and healthy for the benefit of millions of Texans forever.
About EPIC: EPIC, a program of Hill Country Conservancy, is an outdoors club dedicated to exploring and preserving the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country.
