The Violet Crown Trail is special for many reasons. The nearly 13 miles of shady and beautiful terrain winding through the center of Austin is a spectacular location to get fresh air and physical exercise. It is home to many birds and pollinators and provides a gorgeous avenue on which to take a stroll with friends.
