We are excited to announce that thanks to your many votes and the generosity of Southstar Bank, we are the recipients of the $10,000 Round Rock Community Reinvestment Grant!
This grant will be put to immediate use in trail improvements and expansion of the Violet Crown Trail. This trail is on its way to becoming the longest trail of its kind in Central Texas. Once complete, the 30-mile trail will provide a unique experience as it passes through the urban wildlands of the Barton Creek Wilderness Park, the City of Sunset Valley, and eventually into Hays County. The Trail represents the Hill Country Conservancy’s vision to get people outdoors to experience and appreciate wildlife, clean streams and breathtaking views.
